Rudy Molinet MPH
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Rudy Molinet earned his Master of Public Health in Health Administration with honors from Columbia University in 1985 and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hunter College, City University of New York in 1982, graduating with honors.
Mr. Molinet brings 35 years of senior health care management experience in operations, marketing and sales, strategic planning and board development in a variety of healthcare settings including Non-Profit Healthcare Organizations, Home Health, Visiting Nurse Association, Hospice, Home Infusion, Outpatient Mental Health, Inpatient Mental Health, Outpatient Clinics, Urgent Care and several businesses that he founded.
Prior to opening his consulting firm The Maximus Group in 2000 (now Artemis Synergies Inc), he served as Executive Vice President for Stadtlander’s Pharmacy, a national specialty pharmacy specializing in the care of people living with HIV and organ transplants. He has served on several non-profit boards in many roles including President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Board Member.
Mr. Molinet serves as an Adjunct Professor at Florida Atlantic University, College of Business, Management Programs and is an effective trainer and Executive Coach.
Mr. Molinet is Past-President of the Board of Directors of Health Crisis Network in Miami, Florida; Past-President of the Rotary Club of Key West, Board member of Just 4Kids, a children's advocacy organization, Former Chairperson of the Key West Historic Architectural Review Commission, and a member of the American College of Health Care Executives. He was inducted into Sigma-Theta-Tau, the national honor society for Nursing. Mr. Molinet is a graduate of Leadership Miami and has received several awards for his advocacy and work in equality, social justice and children's issues.
Mr. Molinet specializes in Executive coaching, mentoring, Leadership development, Board development, organizational restructuring, change management, operations support, strategic analysis, and billing/collections systems. He works directly with the Senior Leadership Team and/or the Board of Directors of our clients as a coach and mentor to effect positive change for our clients.
Our firm has a network of consultants in many disciplines to assist him as needed. Mr. Molinet is a "very hands-on" CEO personally providing services for our consulting clients.
